Просмотров 20 тыс.День назад
Detailed review and test of the 2024 MG3 hybrid, including the more expensive price, interior, engine, handling and economy. The new MG3 is a considerably better vehicle than the fairly cheap and nasty model it replaces. The old MG3 sold very well but it had a low safety rating and wasn't good to drive; the new one, at least in optional hybrid guise, is far better. Nathan Ponchard comprehensive...

Detailed review and test of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid, including price, fuel economy, interior, family features and more. It's good to see you in action again Tom. I reckon that my budget might just about extend to buying the carbon mirror cap....
Happy to do my bit to keep the wagon alive, individual lci m3 touring on order and I’ll order an m5 touring as well… but M owners know you always wait for the lci
Teutonic brands are just stating to mass produce Hybrids after ditching BEVs. Toyota has been mass producing them for more than 20 years
Those door handle wells are ugly, the front is ugly, the light on the front is obnoxious and the body shape is very E90ish, not a fan, surprisingly like more and more of BMW's cars they missed the mark for me.
Needs a v12
Same weight as a G-Wagon ☠☠☠
It's getting up there for sure!
👋 from Uk
Beautiful
It seems people either love or hate the design.
Just another VW in disguise
Any car deal must start with the Manufactures MSRP and dealer should explain DSRP dealer suggested retail price aka dealer mark ups. Example: Subaru Crosstrek Base 2024 is 25,195 MSRP 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Base model standard features: * Engine: 2.0-liter 4-cylinder * Transmission: Automatic (CVT) * Wheels: 17-inch dark gray alloy wheels * Safety: Assist pre-collision braking, lane assist, cruise control * Infotainment: 7” touchscreen, Starlink media, Apple CarPlay, Android integration * Other features: Steering-response LED lights, climate control, cloth seats, satellite radio, sound system, USB-A data and charging port, cargo tray, and rear seat reminder
I will stick with my 150 series. Been teasing us for years on a new engine... awaiting.................wait.............Nooooooooooooooooooooo!
The bi turbo is excellent my brother bought a tremor ranger 2024 model its good
The worst brand ever Full of malfunctions and worst after sale treatment
Reviewers dont like it because its no full of gimmicky bullshit, and because its simple anyone can work on it and easy to mantain instead of the dealership and manfacturers locking down overpriced oil changes or replacement parts
Final Z06 pricing will be interesting - the big hoo-ha in the States seems to be do you bolt a pro charger to the 6.2 litre Stingray or do you lash out for the manic flat plane cranked Z06? Seems to be contentious either way with Vette-heads. You'd think the big blown LT would be the easier drive with that much torque.
Good presentation.
e-CVT's are NOTHING LIKE the belt-and-pulley CVT's. The RAV4 uses a planetary gear system combined with an electric motor to control the gear ratios. There is zero pulley slip. This system is as reliable as any pure-gear-driven automatic, and certainly hands-down more reliable than even the newest versions of the belt-and-pulley CVT's.
My favourite Australian car channel. No gimmicks, just professional reviews. Never liked the looks initially, but growing on me.
Got my GT brand new for 55k, 15k on the ODO and loving it so far. If you’re having a hard time choosing between an SP or GT and unsure. I’d save the 20k and get aftermarket accessories, not much difference between the SP and GT other than you get dark brown leather seats in the GT
Looks like a Hyundai I30N and AMG A45 clone.
Who is a designer of this SUV. The front looks okay but the rear disaster 🤦♂️
Picking up a Nissan X-Trail TI E-Power on Saturday, so excited and love your review 😁
I LOVE IT! LOVE IT! ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕
Why I chose this car over the M3 More horsepower More torque For wheel steering Better gas mileage Better technology More luxuriousness Better performance Level two autonomous driving and Wayne change the M3 just has the cruise control level two The Soundsystem is better than the M3 And last, but not least I owned an M3. It was an amazing car, but this is better and all the haters who cares if it doesn’t have a V8, the lack of sound and every other category compared to your precious. V8 I also can put two car seats in the back. I can’t do that with an M3.
Just visited Chatswood Lexus came away very disappointed with the new RX quality compared to the previous generation, how flimsy is that unattractive front grill , wood insert look plastic, piano black everywhere, base model for 100 k doesn’t even come with 360 camera ! What am I paying ? The badge?
Perfect as my second car for the family. If selling for AU$25K drive away, I would buy it.
I’ve driven this car in Europe last year as a rental and it was fantastic! Plus Rolls-Royce style umbrella that is located in the drivers door was really cool!!!
Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Exceed for me
My 162TSI was $41k 😭
its the cream colour
CRAP!give me a Honda Civic sedan Anyday!!!! Older the better!!!!
How do you do a 3 point turn with buttons?
Just purchased the wagon, replaced a Kamiq for the wife daily, this is one of the best daily drive cars we have ever owned, if not the actual best. Ps, my weekend car is a stage 2+ MY21 Superb Sportline wagon, so the Octavia has a lot to live up to… and it does! Great video
For the price, this is such a rip off.
We've got an Octavia Limited Edition Wagon and absolutely love it. Like a mini superb! Would recommend
I ordered my rav4 awd cruiser in Nov 2023. I just got an email yesterday that it's been picked up by the factory and is going into production. So maybe another 3 months till I take delivery. My concern is they release the new model as soon as I take delivery. But considering the amount of orders still pending they may delay another year. I really wanted the prime phev. But no luck in aus. If they do release a new version I'm sure it will have its own issues. As do all new cars. At least this one is more refined by the end of its life cycle. Swings and roundabouts. :)
I own a base model 2017 Octavia wagon. Great car but getting towards the end of its life (I’m not a huge fan of owning modern vehicles much past their warranty period, they’re simply not made to last beyond then and repair costs spiral). I am seriously considering trading the 2017 in for a newer Sportline in the blue!
Can you describe how the reliability has been, specifically electronics in the car?
Skoda make the best value for money European cars. I’ve bought a 2023 Fabia recently and it’s an absolute joy to drive. All the bells and whistles for less than $40K drive away.
this should how new verna and elentra should look
Great video Mate greetings from London. However it would have been a better comparison between the Gti Clubsport and I30n
Interior PLASTIC door handles are criminal at this price point.
I suspect Polestar will be out of business in 2025-26. Their best-selling model, the 2, is getting long in the tooth, the interior is cramped and far from luxurious. The Polestar 4 is a restyled Zeekr 001 and built in China, which could mean tariffs cripple its sales. This Polestar 3 is probably their best car but is simply too expensive versus the much larger Volvo EX90 which it shares a platform with.
Isuzu...i hatr you😂. I needed a car and couldn't wait for you to add the diff-lock on your LSE model so I ended up buying the 2022 model...so now you add all of that I was waiting for you to add and now I got egg on my face.😂
Love all the new aspects of this BMW X3! Looks ready to embrace the future
Love the purple interior💜
No diesels for Aust . 2 petrols confirmed, another 2 or 3 variants or so will likely eventually join the Aussie lineup , but BMW Aust so far have not lodged required docs for any oilers in the X3 range locally. An oiler possibly could join the range again at some stage, but so far it's not overly likely. The current diesel variants still accounted for about 15% or so give or take of total X3 Sales. Though BMW's HQ have made a range of petrol, diesel , PHEV engines available for BMW Aust etc , its BMW here that will make a final decision on what we will get. It's likely to be fairly limited. Locally BMW appear to be consolidating a number of models/variants .
Sorry to tell you but it doesn’t use the ICE engine for propulsion until it is doing 70 kph . If you don’t believe me then ask their engineers.
US hybrid version lacks a third row, so you're gonna loose some versatility too, as well as towing capacity with the petrol-hybrid. Guess its gonna be 4-pot diesel all round. Gonna miss those 6 and 8 cylinders of old...
Sounds like a bargain, and nice to live with - only for the warranty period though. I see these small capacity, inducted donks as disposible after that regretably, with experience.
What experience? VAG vehicles specifically?
They are quite confident with a 7 year warranty and being often used as company cars with high KM
Great review and great car......especially as it's not a boring SUV!
